Atarasva Return/Refund and Exchange Policy

At Atarasva, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following refund and exchange policy:

Return Policy 

  • Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Items priced above ₹5,000 are not eligible for return and can only be exchanged. 

  • For Cod Orders: No returns allowed on COD orders above ₹5,000.

  • Inspection: Refunds will be initiated only after the item has been properly inspected and passed our quality check.

  • Return Fee: A flat return fee of ₹250 will be charged and borne by the customer.

  • Refund: Refund will be issued once the item is received and upon quality check in 3–5 business days.

Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order for items of equal or lesser value. Items above ₹3,000 are eligible only for exchange and not return.

  • Inspection: Exchange requests will be accepted only after the item has been properly inspected and passed our quality check.

  • Exchange Fee: A flat return fee of ₹250 will be charged and borne by the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • Orders up to ₹3,000: COD charges of ₹250 apply.

  • Orders above ₹3,000 and up to ₹10,000: COD charges of ₹450 apply.

  • Orders above ₹10,000: COD is not available.

Important Notes:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • Shipping costs for returned items will be the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
